How we handle your information
What we collect
Your name and email when you plan a visit or join a group, and the details you choose to share in a prayer request. Gifts are processed by our giving platform, Cotara. We never see your full card details.
Why we collect it
To welcome you, to pray for you, to follow up if you ask us to, and to issue giving receipts. We send church news only if you tick the opt-in box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who can see it
Only the church staff and volunteers who need it. Prayer requests are read only by our prayer team. We never sell or share your information for marketing.
Where it is stored and for how long
Forms use Google Forms (Google LLC), which may store data outside Canada. We keep prayer requests only as long as our prayer team needs them, and contact details until you ask us to remove them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email us at rccgkv@gmail.com.
Safeguarding
Keeping children and vulnerable adults safe
RehobothPlace is committed to the safety of every child and vulnerable adult in our care.
Our commitments
Two approved adults are present with children at all times. We take and share photos of children only with written parent or guardian consent.
Raising a concern
If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911. To raise a concern, speak to a church leader or email rccgkv@gmail.com. Every concern is taken seriously and handled in confidence.
Accessibility
A church everyone can reach
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA: readable text, good colour contrast, keyboard access and descriptions for images.
Every Sunday service also streams live on RCCGKV TV.
